About the Role

proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts, Sales & Administration

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day expense records, vouchers, and payment logs.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Support bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting using Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
  • Assist in budgeting and coordination with auditors or management for reviews.

Sales & Client Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for payments and documents.
  • Maintain client records and assist in tracking sales pipelines.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for service delivery.
  • Support business development initiatives when required.

Administration & Office Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and assist in documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, sales coordination, or administration (freshers with strong learning ability may apply).
  • Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability.
