Accountant Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and process journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist with payroll processing and related compliance entries.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare necessary MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for account-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,

  Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP

  ).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in preparing MIS reports and assisting in audits.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting policies and statutory regulations.
