As a high-caliber Project Manager at our company based in Mohali / Chandigarh, India, you will take full ownership of solar projects from contract to completion. Your role will involve actively driving progress, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring efficient and timely movement of every step in the process. You will be responsible for managing 20-30 active projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops teams to deliver a seamless experience from the beginning to the end. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage 20-30 active solar projects from contract to completion - Drive progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely movement of each project - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and installation - Ensure smooth project progression by effective communication and coordination - Anticipate issues, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and take proactive actions - Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in all project tasks - Keep calm under pressure, maintain professionalism, and communicate consistently **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in solar, construction, or SaaS industries - Proven track record of managing high-volume projects with competing deadlines - Strong English communication skills both written and verbal (specifically for U.S.-facing coordination) - Excellent coordination, multitasking, and prioritization abilities - High comprehension skills and ability to anticipate issues before they occur - Experience working with U.S. or international teams is preferred In addition, your success in this role will be measured by the following KPIs / Success Metrics: - Achieving 95%+ on-time project progression across all stages - Ensuring zero idle projects in the pipeline beyond the SLA - Maintaining accurate CRM documentation for 100% of assigned projects - Timely escalation and resolution of any blockers that may arise - Improving project completion timelines and reducing bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and productivity within the projects.
