Managing the recruitment process. Advertise job openings. Communicating with management regarding applicant feedback Ensuring candidate engagement during onboarding. Candidate Requirements: Strong communication skills. A positive, analytical mindset. Who Can Apply: Only Female candidates Unmarried candidates only. Open to all graduates from the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. Graduates in MBA, MSW, MHRM, or English Literature are particularly encouraged to apply. Full-time day shifts. Location: Arumbakkam, Chennai. Being close to the job location is considered beneficial. Selection Process: Telephonic Interview process and Direct walk-in. Compensation: INR 20,000 CTC per month (with a net salary of INR 12,800+5000 variable pay) plus performance incentives.
