About the Role:

International Business Development Manager

This role involves a strong mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and P&L ownership, with direct access to senior industry leaders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across

    India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa

    .
  • Act as a

    Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

    for international key accounts, managing relationships at the

    CXO and HR leadership

    level.
  • Develop and present tailored

    business proposals, commercial models, and strategic growth plans

    .
  • Drive consistent client engagement to

    expand mandates and secure repeat business

    from global clients.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to map prospective clients, track hiring trends, and identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding, timely invoicing, and payment collections.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Represent KNR at

    client meetings, conferences, and industry networking events

    to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track and achieve revenue, performance, and profitability metrics across assigned regions.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 6–10 years

    of experience in

    international business development

    , executive search, or B2B service sales.
  • Strong exposure to

    international markets (APAC, EMEA, or global regions)

  • Existing network and experience in sectors such as

    Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Medical Devices, Automotive, Chemicals, Retail, or Building Materials

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    sales cycles, client acquisition strategies, and P&L ownership

    .
  • Proficient in

    MS Office tools

    , especially

    Excel and PowerPoint

    .
  • Master’s degree in

    Business, Human Resources, or a related field

    .
  • Self-starter with a disciplined, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
