Job Description

WTW is looking for Exchange Admin to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain exchange servers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Configure and implement email security measures to protect against spam and malware.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of exchange services with other systems.
Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures for exchange data.
Monitor and analyze exchange server performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on exchange-related issues.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of exchange administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience with email security tools and technologies, such as spam filters and antivirus software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate reports and metrics.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and best practices for exchange administration.
