About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Authority Expert to join our dynamic team here at Ericsson. As a critical component of our Managed Services deliveries, the role aligns with the Ericsson Operations Engine's mandate. The position s key responsibilities include offering technology leadership, domain expertise, and robust support throughout the entire cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve processes.
What you will do:
Deploy and Manage MS Exchange Server 2019 Infrastructure.
Experience on MS Exchange DAG environment Administration and Operation.
Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side (Exchange Server).
Proven experience with Exchange Management Shell cmdlets.
Automate routine administrative and maintenance tasks by scripting the procedures through Exchange Management Shell.
MS Exchange Server Patching.
support of high-availability, server roles, Exchange online, Hybrid environment, mail-flow/transport services, Client access/webmail, security & compliance etc.
Exchange high availability and disaster recovery.
Hosted email perimeter services like SPAM Filters, DLP, TLS etc
Should have good exposure of edge server.
Knowledge of Exchange Hybrid setup.
Should have good exposure on Role Based Access Management (RBAC).
Migration from Exchange on-prem to online.
Depth understanding about Defender policies and rules.
Good exposure on exchange online/O365.
The skills you bring:
Good to have knowledge on SharePoint and working on SharePoint issues.
Knowledge on SharePoint farms. Create and manage new SharePoint sites.
Working on Maintenance and patching activities.
Having basic overview of SQL.
Should have experience in Exchange ON PREM , high availability and disaster recovery.
Hosted email perimeter services like SPAM Filters, DLP, TLS etc
Should have good exposure of edge server.
Knowledge of Exchange Hybrid setup.
Should have good exposure on Role Based Access Management (RBAC).
