Work location - Borivali (East), Mumbai Working Hours - 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Excel Data Analyst. The Excel Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using Excel. Responsibilities include data modeling, data analytics, and statistical analysis. The role involves generating reports, providing insights based on data, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The analyst will also contribute to refining internal workflows and processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel(including complex formulas, data management & automation) External Client Interaction Expertise in Pivot tables, Power Query & Power Pivot for data modeling Strong knowledge of VBA for process automation Experience or Exposure on MS SQL server Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets Problem solver, Analytical mindset & critical thinking Ability to interpret and visualize complex data Quick learner with ability to adapt new technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to details with a focus on accuracy and data integrity Good to have Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools Knowledge of MS SQL for data extraction and manipulation Prior experience working in finance, operations or business analytics role Qualifications Graduate with Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Excel Data Analysis Experience on Power Pivot (mandatory) Experience or Exposure on VBA programming Solid understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling Excellent Communication skills for presenting data insights Proficient in Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet functionalities Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus Show more Show less
