Events & Marketing Intern

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Marketing & Events Intern who can support both the creative marketing side and the operational on-ground event execution. You’ll work closely with the core team to plan, coordinate, and manage events while also contributing to marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns and SEO for the company, upcoming events and brand activations.
• Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and production timelines.
• Be present on-site during events to handle operations, setup, registrations, and guest experience.
• Research potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators for events.
• Help prepare event decks, client presentations, and marketing reports.
• Collect and analyze post-event data for marketing and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all activities.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with flexible hours and travel for events.
• Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or basic marketing tools is a plus.
