Guest Relations Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction & Experience:

    Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless stay experience.
  • Customer Service:

    Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Facility Coordination:

    Work closely with the housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
  • Hospitality Standards:

    Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Handle guest concerns proactively and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Event & Activity Coordination:

    Assist in organizing guest activities and events.
  • MIS & Reporting:

    Maintain records of guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
  • VIP & Special Guest Handling:

    Ensure premium services for high-profile guests.
