Job Description

We are hiring for one of our Multinational client for the role of Events Coordinator role. PFB the details:

Industry: Biotechnology (MNC)

Payroll Company: Randstad India

Role: Events Coordinator

Location: Remote

Marketing activities needing support:

Backend support for events and coordination
Event support (collateral coordination, booth design, products for display, speaker/panelist/agenda support, pre-event and post-event follow up, venue booking support)

Minimum qualification

Bachelors ok/Masters preferred
Marketing experience: 5y minimum (definitely needs event support experience)
Fluent in English is very important since will be interacting with global stakeholders
Willing to learn and work with stakeholders outside India in Korea/Singapore and Japan time zones
Experience working with Life Science business is a definite plus
