Job Title: Events Executive

Reports to: Marketing Manager/ Events Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Events Executive to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and plan events, activations, and experiences

- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and suppliers

- Manage event budgets and timelines

- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events

- Ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot issues

- Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in event management

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Creativity and attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in Events Management/Marketing or related field

Desired Skills:

- Experience in managing large-scale events/ activations

- Knowledge of Indian event industry trends

- Proficiency in event management software

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Fluent in English
