Job Description

As an Event Sales Manager / Account Manager for IP Sales, your role involves generating revenue for the company through sales of partner activation properties such as Events, Concerts, and Activations. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating revenue and ensuring achievement of revenue targets and net collections - Identifying and acquiring new partner events and properties in line with market opportunities - Aligning client requirements with relevant properties to provide integrated solutions - Ensuring incremental business from new client acquisition - Building strong client relationships to stay ahead of client requirements - Ensuring 100% collections of revenues as per stipulated timelines You will be required to collaborate with internal stakeholders like the finance team for compliance, and external stakeholders including clients, ad agencies, event promoters, and execution partners. The technical skills and qualifications required for this role include: - A post-graduate degree with 2-5 years of experience in sales (Experience in events background is a plus) - Proficiency in MS Power Point for making presentations - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for preparing reports and proposals In addition to the technical skills, the following personal attributes are essential for success in this role: - Self-driven and a go-getter - Ability to work under pressure - Adaptability - Attention to detail This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's revenue generation efforts by leveraging partner activation properties and building strong client relationships.,
