Plan logistics: timelines, checklists, seating plans, event flow, and on-day coordination. Be present on the wedding day to oversee setup, vendor coordination, and ceremony execution. Manage budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoicing. Provide post-event analysis, feedback to clients, and maintain follow-up for future business or referrals.
