Event Production Executive

Responsibilities

·Plan, coordinate, and execute all technical events, ensuring smooth on-ground production from setup to breakdown.

·Manage and supervise event production elements including sound systems, lighting, stage setups, power requirements, and technical equipment.

·Work closely with vendors, technicians, and freelancers for sound, light, fabrication, and infrastructure requirements.

·Understand and execute event layouts, stall placements, stage positioning, audience flow, entry–exit points, and safety norms.

·Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure production elements align with the overall event vision and branding.

·Oversee on-site installations, rehearsals, sound checks, and technical run-throughs before and during the event.

·Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and ensure quick resolutions during live event hours.

·Maintain production timelines, checklists, and inventory of technical equipment and materials.

·Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical guidelines, and venue regulations.

·Support post-event wrap-up, vendor coordination, and dismantling activities.
