Job Title: Event Planner / Manager – Premium Villas & Homiestays About Us: We are a growing hospitality company specializing in premium homestays and private villas. Along with creating memorable stays, we also curate and host bespoke events such as private parties, corporate gatherings, destination weddings, and special celebrations. Our goal is to deliver seamless planning, personalized experiences, and unforgettable moments for our clients. We are seeking a creative, organized, and client-focused Event Planner / Manager who will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing events across our villas and partner properties. This role combines event planning, vendor management, client servicing, and on-ground execution to ensure every event is a success. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Sales Conceptualize and sell event packages for villas and homiestays. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget. Promote event services to corporates, travel partners, and individuals. Meet monthly targets for event bookings and revenue. Event Execution & Guest Experience Oversee end-to-end event execution including décor, catering, logistics, and entertainment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during planning and on event day. Ensure smooth operations, timely coordination, and premium service delivery. Collect feedback post-event to continuously improve services. Vendor & Partner Relations Build and maintain relationships with event vendors (caterers, decorators, artists, etc.). Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality. Coordinate with villa owners and caretakers to align property facilities with event needs. Operations & Coordination Manage event calendars, budgets, and timelines. Work with marketing teams to promote event services through campaigns and client showcases. Maintain detailed reports of event performance, revenue, and client feedback. Requirements: Proven experience in event planning / event management / hospitality. Strong creativity, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
