Job Title: Sales & Stay Experience Manager – Homestays & Villas About Us: We are a growing hospitality company specializing in premium homestays and private villas. Our focus is on providing personalized stays, memorable experiences, and seamless service for our guests. We work closely with villa owners, travel partners, and service providers to create unique stays that feel like home We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Stay Experience Manager who will be responsible for selling our villas, managing guest experiences, and building strong relationships with travel partners and villa owners. This role blends sales, client servicing, and operations to ensure maximum occupancy, happy guests, and satisfied property owners. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Promote and sell our homestays and villas to individual travelers, corporates, and travel partners. Build and maintain partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and booking platforms. Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets. Guest Experience Management Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. Ensure smooth check-ins, personalized experiences, and prompt resolution of guest concerns. Collect feedback to improve service quality and overall guest satisfaction. Partner & Owner Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners. Coordinate with property owners and caretakers to ensure quality standards are met. Share occupancy reports, feedback, and revenue updates with owners regularly. Operations & Coordination Work with internal teams to manage booking calendars, pricing, and promotions. Oversee on-ground arrangements to ensure premium hospitality standards. Support marketing campaigns by providing insights and guest testimonials. Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, or villa/hotel management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism. Comfortable working in a target-driven role. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
