Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a strong

background in EMS/electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and

supporting brand growth both in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.

Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks. Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses,

proposals, and client presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Drive digital presence via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics

manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of EMS processes and PCB services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Creative ability to brainstorm innovative methods of campaigning and ability to lead through the storm.

Excellent Marketing, Negotiation, and analytical skills.

Effective time management skills

Great multitasker

Experience working with international clients.

Passionate about electronics and product development.
