Role Summary

Operations Executive – Events

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Coordination:

  Assist in pre-event planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Vendor Management:

  Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for venues, production, printing, fabrication, logistics, etc.

• On-Site Execution:

  Supervise event setups, branding installations, AV arrangements, and ensure timelines are met.

• Client Coordination:

  Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Budget Tracking:

  Work with the finance team to monitor project expenses and maintain cost efficiency.

• Documentation:

  Prepare event timelines, checklists, vendor agreements, and post-event reports.

• Travel Management:

  Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistics for event staff and clients.

• Problem Solving:

  Handle last-minute changes, emergencies, or client requests with composure.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Event Operations / MICE / Exhibitions / Activations

• Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, and logistics
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible to travel for outstation events and on-ground supervision
• Energetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
