  • We have a Local team in 15+ countries including India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, USA, and counting.

Profile Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Audience Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute digital strategies to attract mid-tail hotelier leads for webinars and offline events.
  • Use data-driven targeting to ensure lead quality and regional relevance.

2) Channel Management

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Leverage organic/paid social media, email marketing, SEO, and partnerships to drive registrations.
  • Explore and test new channels to reach hospitality buyers in target regions.

3) Event Marketing Execution

  • Collaborate with field marketing and event teams to align messaging, timelines, and targeting.
  • Manage event landing pages, registration flows, and UTM tracking.
  • Monitor registrations daily and adjust strategies to meet attendance targets.

4) Analytics & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for campaigns and track performance across platforms.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and SEM platforms to analyze conversion funnels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance.

Key Skills Needed:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and localized messaging for diverse markets.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution ability.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B events/webinar lead generation.
  • Proven track record in audience acquisition across multiple geographies, preferably in hospitality or SaaS sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Ability to work across time zones and multicultural teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
