Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end event execution — trade shows, exhibitions, B2B events, launch events, employee engagement, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, admin, procurement) for smooth event alignment
• Handle stall design, branding, logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision
• Develop event calendars, project timelines, and pre/post-event checklists
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and ensure cost-effective execution
• Drive customer engagement at events through storytelling, product sampling, and experience zones
• Collaborate with marketing for pre-event promotions and post-event coverage
• Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and ROI assessments
• Ensure timely execution with zero delays or compliance issues
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, production teams, and exhibition organizers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Mass Comm, Marketing, or similar
• 0-2 years of experience in managing corporate/B2B/B2C events
• Strong project management, planning, and multitasking skills
• Excellent vendor negotiation, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and lead events independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of design software is a plus
• Good communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
