Events Lead

With over 8 years of experience in event execution, you’ll take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and executing flagship event properties across the country—shaping the way our brand connects with educators, students, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize & Conceptualize:

• Design innovative, high-impact event properties tailored to the education sector—aligned with our brand vision and business goals.

• Lead End-to-End Execution:

• Oversee the planning and flawless execution of large-format events such as conferences, academic festivals, and leadership summits across multiple cities.

• Project Management:

• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and partner schools.

• Brand Building through Experiences:

• Elevate brand visibility and differentiation by turning events into signature brand touchpoints that resonate with our audiences.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Partner closely with academic, marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to ensure events deliver measurable value and brand consistency.

• Drive Innovation:

• Experiment with new event formats, digital experiences, and engagement strategies to expand reach and enhance impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in executing high-scale B2B and B2C events across multiple geographies
• Strong grasp of brand communication through experiential marketing
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Proven excellence in vendor and agency management
• Passion for education, community-building, and crafting meaningful audience experiences
