Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that showcase our unique games and activities. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional events that exceed client expectations and create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.

- Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth event execution.

2. Game Logistics:

- Manage the setup and operation of our unique games and activities.

- Ensure that all games are properly installed, tested, and maintained.

3. Event Execution:

- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

- Ensure that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of event staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional events.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in event management.

- Proven track record of delivering successful events.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹12,804.32 - ₹30,000.00 per month
