Role Overview

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events end-to-end — from client briefing to post-event evaluation.
This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, vendor management, and team coordination skills, along with a high sense of ownership and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate, social, and brand events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized event solutions.
• Handle budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-ground management.
• Supervise setup, décor, sound, lighting, catering, and guest coordination.
• Manage teams of anchors, coordinators, vendors, and production staff.
• Ensure smooth event flow and quick resolution of on-site challenges.
• Develop creative ideas for event themes, branding, and audience engagement.
• Maintain post-event reports, photos, and client feedback documentation.
• Travel across cities for event execution when required.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
• Confident client handling and vendor coordination
• Time management and problem-solving under pressure
• Energetic, presentable, and comfortable with travel & flexible hours
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Passion for events, creativity, and teamwork

Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• Degree or certification in Event Management / Marketing / Hospitality is a plus

Work Timings
