Event Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to plan and execute corporate events across Kerala. The role requires strong planning, vendor management, Sonsorship management and passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events
• Plan and execute Sponsorship management
• Reach out to sponsors for sponsorship
• Create event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Promote events through internal and external communication, posters, and social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure smooth event operations, from setup to execution and closure.
• Manage and coordinate event coordinators
• Build partnerships with local brands or institutions for collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in event planning and management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel across places to manage events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
