Event Manager

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events across Montzo Life's portfolio of fashion brands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the conceptualization, planning, and execution of events for Montzo Life's fashion brands - Developing innovative event strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives - Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective yet premium event outcomes - Building and managing relationships with vendors, agencies, influencers, and production partners - Overseeing on-ground event execution to ensure flawless delivery and high-quality experiences - Directing and mentoring the event coordination team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress - Collaborating with internal teams for integrated campaigns - Negotiating contracts, managing logistics, and analyzing event performance for improvement - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activations, and global event innovations Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sector - Strong leadership, team management, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and customer experience - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of event/project management tools preferred In addition, Montzo Life offers you the opportunity to lead high-profile events for multiple fashion brands, exposure to national and international fashion shows, exhibitions, and brand activations, a collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation, as well as a competitive compensation package and career growth opportunities.
