Role Overview

Event Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end logistics for Antano & Harini events (live and virtual).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Mentoring, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless event flow.
• Manage vendor relationships including venue, catering, AV, décor, and production partners.
• Oversee registrations, client communication, and on-site coordination.
• Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.
• Ensure the highest level of customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing and creative teams in crafting event-related materials and communication.
• Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in managing corporate or high-profile events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management tools/software.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and travel for events when required.
