Event Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  setting up webinars

  on Zoom (registration forms, reminders, and calendar invites).
• Support in

  email marketing campaigns

  (Mailchimp/OneSignal).
• Coordinate

  registration tracking

  using Tally Forms, Google Sheets, and Zapier.
• Help with

  attendee engagement

  before, during, and after webinars.
• Provide support during

  live webinar execution

  (technical checks, session moderation).
• Assist with

  speaker coordination

  and communication.
• Contribute to

  post-event activities

  thank-you emails, surveys, reports, and engagement tracking.
• Work with the team on

  creative designs

  for promotions using Canva.
• Learn to track event metrics using Mixpanel and prepare reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
• Interest in

  event operations and digital marketing

  .
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
• Prior internship/experience in

  pharma or healthcare events

  will be an advantage.
