In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering outstanding service, providing financial guidance, and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs. You’ll play a vital role in building long-term relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their banking inquiries and transactions. Deliver prompt and professional service in person, by phone, or digitally. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Sales & Product Promotion Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans). Actively cross-sell and upsell products to meet personal and branch targets. Guide customers through applications and onboarding processes. Account & Transaction Support Open, maintain, and close customer accounts. Assist with deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other routine transactions. Educate customers on the use of digital banking platforms and tools. Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML), and security standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update CRM systems and generate basic reports as required. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of financial products and basic banking procedures. Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
