Job description:

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and marketing events including conferences, launches, exhibitions, and internal engagements. Ensure smooth operations, brand consistency, and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development, budgeting, and event planning.
• Manage logistics — venues, vendors, décor, AV, transport, and hospitality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure brand alignment.
• Oversee on-site execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Support event marketing, communication, and collateral creation.
• Handle registrations, guest management, and post-event reporting.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking ability, vendor coordination experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
