Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Executive to join our team for the upcoming E-Mobility Event. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a keen interest in the e-mobility sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the event, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the E-Mobility Event, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
• Manage event registration, including tracking attendees and handling inquiries.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the event through various channels, including social media, email, and press releases.
• Collaborate with different institutions and colleges to encourage their students to participate in Events.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and coordination of sessions and activities.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of event expenses and assist in post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate event, event planning , sales , business development and execution, preferably in the technology or automotive sectors.
• Must have prior experience in event management preferably automobile industry, EV sector or related.
• Proven experience in securing sponsorships for events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for e-mobility and sustainable transportation is a plus.
• Familiarity with the e-mobility industry and current trends
