Job Description

Berkeley Hyundai is looking for Evaluater to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Assess data, content, services, or processes based on predefined guidelines, quality standards, or evaluation criteria Conduct objective and thorough reviews to determine accuracy, relevance, compliance, or performance of a product, individual, or system Document findings clearly, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with relevant departments (e g , QA, operations, HR, or content teams) to ensure alignment with organizational goals Maintain detailed records of evaluations, ensuring consistency and integrity in the evaluation process Support the development of evaluation tools, scorecards, or audit checklists as needed Monitor and analyze trends from evaluation results to help improve quality and performance metrics Ensure confidentiality, impartiality, and adherence to ethical standards in all evaluations conducted
