Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled End User Compute Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-user computing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch support to end users. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Manage and maintain end-user computing environments for optimal performance and security. Install, configure, and update software and hardware for end-user devices. Assist in the deployment and management of operating systems and applications. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance user experience. Maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and procedures. Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help end-users effectively utilize computing resources. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in end-user computing. Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in end-user computing or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience with remote support tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
