We’re Hiring: Estimation Manager – Construction

Location: Pune

We’re looking for a self-driven Estimation Manager to:

Lead and mentor a small team of Quantity Surveyors & Estimators

Deliver accurate rate analyses and quantity take-offs

Shape estimation processes & streamline workflows

Present directly to clients and represent us at sites and offices

Skills & Competencies:

Proven expertise in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation.

Proficiency in estimation and project management software.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Leadership ability to manage and develop a small team.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Personal qualities: self-driven, motivated to excel, confident, and professional.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying .

12–14 years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.

Track record of handling estimation for medium to large-scale projects.
