Estimation Manager

Company Overview:

We are a reputed real estate and construction company executing large-scale high-rise residential projects using Mivan Technology. We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer / Assistant Manager (Civil) to join our pre-construction and cost estimation team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise developments.

Diploma / PG in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepar detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for high-rise residential projects.
• Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract quantities and define scope.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for concrete, rebar, finishes, and MEP works.
• Estimate formwork (Mivan/Aluminium) requirements, cycles, and associated costs.
• Support tendering and bid preparation for residential projects.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for vendor quotations and cost comparisons.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost break-ups.
• Evaluate change orders and variations during execution.
• Maintain material and labour rate databases.
• Generate MIS reports and cost summaries for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound understanding of Mivan / Aluminium formwork systems and high-rise construction.
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, AutoCAD).
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of IS codes, construction standards, and tender documentation.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with leading developers / contractors in high-rise residential projects with Mivan Technology.
• Familiarity with pre-tender and post-contract estimation workflows.
• Exposure to value engineering and cost optimization practices.
