Estimation Manager

As an Estimation Manager at ADVENT PROJECTS & CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, your role will involve leading a small team of Quantity Surveyors & Estimators. You will be responsible for delivering accurate rate analyses and quantity take-offs, shaping estimation processes, streamlining workflows, and presenting directly to clients. Your ability to mentor your team, demonstrate strong expertise in Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation, and confidently represent the company at various sites and offices will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a small team of Quantity Surveyors & Estimators - Deliver accurate rate analyses and quantity take-offs - Shape estimation processes & streamline workflows - Present directly to clients and represent the company at sites and offices Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying - 12-14 years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role - Proven track record of handling estimation for medium to large-scale projects In addition to the technical skills, we value leadership and mentoring abilities, client-facing confidence, and a self-driven approach to excel in this role. Proficiency in estimation and project management software, strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail, and excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are essential.
