Scope of Responsibilities

Quotation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation & Documentation Management

• Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and project presentations for lighting and furniture solutions.
• Maintain and update pricing sheets and quotation records for analysis and tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate proposals to clients.

• Order Processing & Invoicing

• Issue

  Proforma Invoices

  and place orders with vendors or manufacturing companies.
• Ensure all materials are ordered as per project requirements and timelines.

• Project Coordination & Tracking

• Independently manage and track the progress of multiple ongoing projects.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor material arrival, perform quality checks upon receipt, and confirm order of lamps and accessories.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
• Liaise with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams for technical specifications and pricing inputs.
• Keep the

  Project Manager

  and relevant stakeholders informed of project status, potential risks, and client feedback.

• Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and submit

  monthly project reports

  to company management.
• Ensure all documentation and correspondence are managed independently and professionally.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel

  for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle

  project correspondence

  independently.
• Strong organizational and

  project tracking

  capabilities.
• Technical understanding of

  lighting and electrical components

  is a plus.
