Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The

successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals

while ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on technical documents such as SLDs (Single Line

Diagrams) and load lists.

* Engage with customers to discuss and clarify technical details.

* Develop and submit comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.

* Provide regular follow-ups and status updates for inquiries after submitting offers.

* Ensure accuracy in project and panel budget estimations, including labor, overheads, and

margins.

* Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel to perform

tasks effectively.

Key Competencies:

* Expertise in electrical systems including LT Panels, HT Panels, Switchgear, and Relays.

* Strong knowledge of costing, tender management, and BOQ preparation.

* Proficiency in technical documentation and commercial negotiations.

* Experience with control panel systems and estimation processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in estimation, costing, and tender management within the electrical

or panel manufacturing industry.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
