Ensure smooth operation of boiler auxiliaries: fans, feeders, fuel handling, ash handling, and ESP. Maintain boiler load as per grid demand and optimize efficiency with safe combustion control. Respond to alarms, take corrective actions, and coordinate with the field team for smooth running. Conduct regular operational checks, startup, shutdown, and emergency handling of CFBC boilers. Monitor flue gas emissions and ensure environmental compliance as per norms. Log data and generate shift reports on performance, abnormalities, and maintenance needs. Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical teams for fault rectification. Participate in energy-saving and performance improvement initiatives.
