Key Responsibilities:
Lead the electrical operations and maintenance activities in the 2x65 MW thermal power plant.
Supervise and guide the electrical maintenance team for BTG systems, transformers, HT/LT motors, and breakers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in high-voltage systems and critical plant equipment.
Manage the maintenance of electrical systems including transformers, motors, generators, and breakers.
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance operations to ensure high operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure plant compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Monitor and improve operational processes to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
Provide guidance and technical support to Shift Engineers and technicians for all electrical systems.
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge and experience in maintaining and troubleshooting BTG systems, transformers, HT/LT motors, and electrical breakers.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving high-voltage electrical system issues.
Proficiency in ensuring plant electrical systems are fully operational with minimal downtime.
Understanding of electrical control systems and their maintenance.
