Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date cost reports to project stakeholders.
• Analyze construction designs and specifications to develop estimates of quantities and material requirements.
• Procurement & Contract Management:
• Oversee the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement process.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to monitor contracts and resolve issues related to pricing, terms, or claims.
• Cost Control & Risk Management:
• Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
• Identify potential cost overruns and financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for clients and stakeholders.
• Valuation & Payments:
• Conduct valuations of work done on-site and manage interim and final payments for contractors.
• Assess variations, change orders, and additional works and agree on pricing with contractors.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs, contracts, and other financial matters.
• Advise on claims and disputes, ensuring proper resolution through negotiation or legal channels.
• Project Management Support:
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and alternative construction methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
