Trainer Requirement: Environmental Social Government (ESG) Workshop – RAMP Program UPICON invites applications from experienced professionals for the role of Freelance Trainers for upcoming workshops on Environmental Social Government (ESG) under the RAMP (Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance) program. We are looking for highly qualified and experienced ESG experts who can lead impactful training sessions for MSMEs across various sectors. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Environmental Management / Sustainability Studies / Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Social Sciences Certified ESG Analyst / Auditor with accreditation from recognized national or international institutions such as: GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) BSI (British Standards Institution) Preferred Additional Certifications: Corporate Governance and Risk Management Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 Standards Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, sustainable business strategy, and MSME advisory services. OR Hands-on experience with over 200 MSMEs across sectors such as: Manufacturing Textiles Food Processing Engineering OR Prior engagement as a consultant with government bodies and multilateral organizations like: Ministry of MSME SIDBI UNDP World Bank OR Contribution to national-level initiatives such as RAMP and ZED Certification Scheme , including: Policy development Training content creation ESG framework implementation Training Expertise Required In: ESG Risk Assessment & Materiality Mapping Sustainable Supply Chain Management Green Finance & ESG-Linked Funding Opportunities ESG Reporting Frameworks: BRSR, GRI, SASB, etc. Sector-specific sustainability interventions ESG adoption for micro and small enterprises Additional Contributions (Preferred): Experience in capacity-building workshops for MSME entrepreneurs, government officers, and industry associations. Authorship or co-authorship of ESG toolkits, case studies, or sectoral ESG guides. Job Type: Freelance/Session-Based Only This is not a permanent or contractual position . Engagement will be on a per-session basis depending on workshop schedules.
