Key Responsibilities:


Program Management & Implementation


  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of training programs in coordination with government departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective implementation of capacity building programs at all levels – State, District, Block, and Gram Panchayat.
  • Develop training modules, schedules, and resource plans aligned with project objectives.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and field teams for high-quality program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.


Stakeholder Management & Coordination


  • Act as the primary point of contact with government departments including Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Ground Water Department, RSLM, MSME, and allied agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state and district officials, partner organizations, and training institutions.
  • Represent the organization in review meetings, consultations, and workshops with government and donor agencies.


Business Development & Consultancy


  • Identify opportunities for new projects and partnerships in training, consultancy, and financial inclusion domains.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations for government, CSR, and donor-funded projects.
  • Support business development initiatives to expand the organization’s presence in Rajasthan.


Operations & Team Leadership


  • Supervise district/block-level project teams and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and compliance requirements as per project guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of field operations to ensure quality and accountability.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Postgraduate in Management, Rural Development, Social Work, Economics, or related fields.
  • 7–10 years of experience in program management, training, or consultancy in the development sector.
  • Strong understanding of rural development programs, livelihood missions, financial inclusion, and capacity-building frameworks.
  • Proven experience in coordinating with government departments and implementing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management is an advantage.


Skills & Competencies


  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multi-level operations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of Rajasthani dialects preferred).
