Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Candidates must have experience of Team Handling and provide guidance & support to team members towards achievement of Targets.

2) Must be aware of the Industry norms under the Financial Inclusion programme and have a visionary approach towards business.

3) Explore new opportunities and expansion of existing business.

4) Monitoring and ensuring productivity and profitability by ensuring target achievements of the team members.

5) Identifying new & potential areas for business expansion.

6) Conducting surveys for new areas for business expansion as per Company Policy.

7) Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
