ESG Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and strengthen the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) framework across Axis Energy’s renewable energy operations. The role requires strong knowledge of sustainability standards, safety management, and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical business practices across all sites and projects.

🎓 Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (Environmental / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)

📚 Experience: 5–10 years (with relevant ESG experience in the renewable energy industry)

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Should be flexible for travel)

🔑 Key Responsibility Areas:

* Develop and implement the organization-wide Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS).

* Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct periodic audits and gap assessments.

* Monitor and report GHG emissions and other sustainability indicators.

* Drive safety and environmental awareness programs across sites.

* Lead incident management and reporting, ensuring timely corrective actions.
