ESG Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee

  ESG and sustainability policies, procedures, and governance frameworks

  .
• Implement ESG reporting and disclosures across relevant standards and platforms such as

  GRI, BRSR, EcoVadis, and PCF

  .
• Manage and ensure timely and accurate

  data collection

  for sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Develop internal

  controls, systems, and audit-proof processes

  for ESG reporting.
• Draft and maintain

  guidelines, checklists, action plans

  , and internal documentation to support ESG initiatives.
• Respond to requests and

  prepare submissions

  for ESG rating agencies, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Act as the

  Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  for implementation and monitoring of the company's ESG strategy and compliance.
• Coordinate

  customer/vendor ESG audits

  and ensure compliance with their ESG, BRSR, LCA, PCF, and EcoVadis requirements.
• Identify and implement

  projects related to sustainability goals

  (e.g., energy efficiency, waste minimisation, water reuse, resource conservation).
• Set and monitor

  annual ESG and sustainability goals

  , tracking progress and improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance ESG data quality, transparency, and reporting processes.
