About the Role:

ERP Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical implementation of ERP solutions across multiple modules.
Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Manage data migration, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

12–15 years of hands-on experience in ERP technical consulting.
Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform (e.g.,
SAP ABAP
,
Oracle EBS/Cloud
,
Microsoft Dynamics 365
,
Infor
, etc.).
Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, scripting languages, and integration tools (e.g.,
MuleSoft
,
Dell Boomi
,
REST/SOAP APIs
).
Proven experience in system architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics certifications).
Experience with cloud-native ERP deployments and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
Exposure to industry-specific ERP implementations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics).
