Role Description

The IT ERP Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of Sage X3 ERP systems and providing technical support to internal teams. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting system issues, updating software to align with business needs, generating reports, and coordinating with various departments to integrate ERP functions. The role requires collaboration with technical teams to maintain system performance and drive process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut/Noida. You might need to work for the other group of companies on UK and Australian time-zone.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage X3 ERP software, and experience in implementation, customization, and support
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues effectively
• Knowledgeable in modules related to Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management
• Familiarity with IT systems, database management, and technical tools for ERP integration
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience in reporting and data analysis tools within an ERP environment
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or sports equipment industry is a plus
