Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout and adoption of our in-house ERP across all JES teams. This is a hands-on role focused on training users, enforcing correct data entry, mapping workflows, and ensuring smooth system adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Become the internal expert on the ERP system, workflows, and modules
Lead onboarding and training for all project teams (tasks, timesheets, packages, sheets, submittals)
Monitor system usage, enforce data accuracy, and drive adoption discipline
Work closely with operations leads to ensure compliance and clean records
Gather user feedback, diagnose issues, and coordinate solutions with the development team
Document SOPs, workflows, and training materials
Support all pilot rollouts and track adoption metrics across departments

Required Background

47 years of experience implementing
Zoho / Odoo / Freshworks / ERPNext / SaaS products
Strong functional understanding of project workflows, tasks, timesheets, and operations processes
Proven experience training users and leading software adoption across teams
Ability to translate user issues into clear requirements for the development team
Confident working on-ground with operations and enforcing process standards
