Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation. Hands-on experience in Automobile DMS rollouts, support, and upgrades. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good knowledge with Indian taxation with Auto and Auto ancillary business. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Preferred: Certification or training in relevant Automobile DMS solutions. Prior experience with OEM integrations, dealer portal development, or telematics solutions. Experience in Agile or Hybrid project environments.
